Manage your customer information
The CRM menu in Keystone is easy to use and gives you full control over your client information. You and you co-workers all have access to the clients data, because this information is not located on an individual PC, it´s all in Keystone.
The CRM menu shows for example:
- Who the customer is
- Whether a customer has a discount
- Contact persons
- Customer’s address
- Customer’s e-mail adress
- Customer’s mobile number
- Comments
