Keep track of your tool rentals
The Rentals menu in Keystone gives you all the information you will need to control your rentals. It includes a complete overview of the current state of your rental business as well as allowing you to view information on past and upcoming rentals.
The Rentals menu shows for example:
- Who the customer is?
- Which oil field the tool is to be used at?
- Which well the tool is to be used at?
- Who the operator is?
- PO values and limits
- When the tool was rented out and when it is to be returned?
- Daily rental price
- Total rental value monthly, quarterly, and overall
- Total for all tools on rent this month, this quarter and so far this year.
It simply gives you the information you need to run your rental business.
